The road to healthy travel starts with travel health education, supported by vaccines and prophylaxis. During your travel health consultation, you’ll be informed of potential travel health risks, and how to sensibly avoid them, optimising your travel experience.
Vaccines

Travel Doctor associates will tailor vaccine schedules to your health profile, itinerary and budget. Travel Doctor associates are all WHO and DOH designated Yellow Fever vaccinations centres.

Malaria
Travel Doctor associates are all experienced in the management of all aspects of malaria including preventative measures, chemo-prophylaxis and disease diagnosis and management.
Personalised Medical Kit
Customised personal- medical kits with individually scripted medication. Tailored medical kits made to order.
Pre-Travel Medical examination
Traveller’s fitness for the journey – the elderly or chronically ill traveller (Pre-existing illness)
Travel Insurance

We assess the suitability of travel health insurance cover for pre-existing illness cover, age-related and chronic disease.

Disabled Traveller Assistance
Expert assistance with all medical aspects of travel arrangements for disabled travellers.
Telephonic Medical Advice and Referral
Travellers experiencing severe medical problems, can contact our medical centre for advice on self-treatment and potential referral or medical evacuation.
Returned Traveller Examination
Examination of ill returned travellers with suspected travel-related illness e.g. malaria, bilharzia, trypanosomiasis etc.

Tropical disease screening
Travellers returned from the tropics will be examined with additional laboratory screening (as indicated) performed aimed at identifying potential tropical disease.
